Footage must be usable: clips under 30 seconds cannot carry a full edit, and poor audio limits what clean-up can do. We tell you before we start if something cannot be fixed.

Before you book.
How do I send large footage?
Google Drive and WeTransfer work best. If your files are very large, bring a flash drive or hard drive to the studio in Suleja.
Which sizes do you export?
Vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, square for feeds, and 16:9 for YouTube and screens. Each package says which sizes are included.
Can you also shoot the video?
Yes. See the shooting rates on this page or the Photography & Film division for full production.
What about music copyright?
We use licensed or royalty-free music where possible and tell you if a song you request is likely to be blocked on YouTube or Facebook.
Do unused videos roll over?
No. Monthly plans are built around a weekly rhythm, so unused slots expire at the end of the month.
