In short

This website does not sell or share your details for advertising. It only uses what you send to reply to you, do your job and handle payments.

What is collected

• Messages. The contact form and idea box write your message and open WhatsApp or your email app. The website itself does not store what you type. Your message reaches me only when you press send there.
• Payments. On the Pay online page, your name, email, phone number and the amount are passed to Flutterwave to process the payment. Card and bank details are entered on Flutterwave’s checkout and are never seen or stored by 100EMPIRE. A record of each payment is kept in my Flutterwave account.
• Visits. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, countries, devices and where visitors came from. It does not use cookies and does not store personal information.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

How it is used

To reply to you, prepare quotes, do and deliver the work, confirm payments, send receipts and keep business records.

Who it is shared with

Only the services needed to do the above: Flutterwave for payments, WhatsApp or your email provider for messages, and Vercel for hosting. Each has its own privacy policy.

How long it is kept

As long as needed for your job, and after that for as long as business and tax records must be kept.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Flutterwave’s checkout may use its own cookies when you pay.
