Who I am

100EMPIRE is the creative studio of Ikimi Clifford Festus, at No 1 Hali Plaza, Kwata, Suleja, Niger State, Nigeria. “I” and “me” on this page mean 100EMPIRE. “You” means the person or organisation booking the work.

Quotes and prices

Every job gets a written quote on WhatsApp or email before work starts. Prices on this website are guides; a price range becomes one fixed figure in your quote.

Prices are reviewed every quarter. A quote you have accepted keeps its price for the agreed timeline.

Paying

Work starts when the deposit in your quote is paid: design jobs 70%, video one-offs 60%, weddings and shoots 50%, websites and apps 50%, 30% and 20% at milestones. Fixed-price packages can be paid in full.

You can pay by bank transfer or online on the Pay online page. Online payments are processed by Flutterwave, and card details are never seen or stored by 100EMPIRE.

Your part

Send the content, photos, logins and feedback the job needs, when they are needed. If these arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same amount of time.

Make sure you have the right to use any material you send, such as photos, logos, music and text.

Revisions and rush work

Each package lists its revision rounds. Extra rounds are charged for design and video, or quoted for builds.

Design delivered in under 24 hours and rush video edits attract a rush fee.

Travel and other costs

Suleja and Abuja are covered. Other locations attract transport and, where needed, accommodation at cost.

Printing, ad spend, domains, hosting, app store fees and equipment are paid separately or passed on at cost.

Ownership

Final files, domains, code and accounts are yours once the balance is paid. Design source files (PSD, AI) are available for an added fee.

Showing the work

I may show finished work in my portfolio and on social media. Tell me if you would rather I did not. Ghostwriting is always confidential, and the author is never named without permission.

Refunds and cancellations

See the refunds and cancellations page.

Changes and the law

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you accept your quote apply to that job. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
